In the context of a single maneuver and/or method, Counteracting Flow is any element (i.e. position, motion, muscle, mental) that reduces the effectiveness of the overall action.
In the context of a sequence, Counteracting Flow includes all the components expressed for a single maneuver and/or method plus any detracting whole maneuvers and/ or methods of the sequence that reduce effectiveness or Continuity of Motion of the sequence. |
