Body Communication can be used to avoid conflict or just as easily start a conflict. And once in a conflict, Body Communication can be an effective tool to assess the potential for success or failure in a conflict.
The practitioner should constantly be aware of the Body Communication being conveyed to their opponent(s), because the body continually communicates strength, weakness, injury, attention, and/or attitude to one's opponent(s). And a properly trained opponent will know how to take advantage of this information.
Body Communication is transmitted both consciously or unconsciously by the practitioner - but one should keep in mind that there is always some form of Body Communication taking place.
