Rip and Tear are often used interchangeably.
Rip differs from Tear in that rips are often more closely associated with claws, slices, and rakes - and also with rough or vigorous activity.
Rips are most closely associated with damage created by claws, slices, rakes, and/or pulls (utilizing Opposing Forces). And, to a lesser degree by pokes and/or gouges,. |
