One Hundred and Eighty Degree Hands is basically a term for quickly describing properly obeying the general rule of: "avoid keeping your hands from in the same zones at the same time". In other words: one up and one down, or one left and one right, or one forward and one back - or a combination of each. Regardless, the hands are kept "180 degrees" from each other.
