Comments:

This term is generally the same as the layman's usage of the term.

Mind Overload refers to the result (i.e. the outcome) and not to the process of how (i.e. what caused it). In this regard the term is generic in nature.

One of the outcomes of Mind Overload is that memory is negatively affected - both short and long term.

Mind Overload directly affects Mental Speed negatively.

Mind Overload should be avoided on yourself but could also be used as a Strategic Ploy against the opponent(s).

Mind Overload differs from Mental Distraction in that Mind Overload tries to process all the stimuli where Mental Distraction tends to focus on specific stimuli or other stimuli.

Mind Overload can be tangentially related to the term Momentary Conditioning in that they both negatively affect the mind through external stimuli.
