Mid-way Point

 

An idiom referring to the location that is equidistant from two (2) or more opponents.

 

Comments:

 

Md-way Point is most commonly used in reference to a Cover out, placing the defender at a neutral area between opponents.

 

Md-way Point is commonly referred to as creating a "V" or a "Y" to the opponents as a visualization aid.

 

Md-way Point is generic enough to be used in both a defensive and offensive manner, although it typically isn't used in this context.
