Front Cross-over (Foot Maneuver)

A distinct type of cross-over which is physically distinguishable by having the moving foot travel in front (on the toes side) of the stationary foot.

Comments:

In its ideal execution, this maneuver has the moving foot travel directly forward for the forward version, and toward the rear flank in the backward version.
