Comments:

External Physical Weakness is a factor that is often overlooked. Because of this, one should at least be aware of and have contingencies for dealing with negative Environmental Conditions.

External Physical Weakness can be caused by any number environmental factors / elements, including (but not limited to):

air quality (air pollution, smoke, ash, etc.)

humidity (tropical environ, rain, snow, etc.)

heat (fire, arctic environ, etc.)

restrictive clothing (tight clothing, formal dress-wear, cold weather gear, handcuffs, etc.)

Generally speaking, this term is essentially one way to expand the practitioner's awareness of the environment outside their normal thought patterns and considerations (i.e. developing Expanded Awareness).
