The lowest level of the Stages of Internalization paradigm where a particular maneuver or method requires a high degree of mental input. |

At this level, the specific maneuver or method requires a large amount of mental processing to be enacted efficiently and effectively.
Often embryonic maneuvers are new or not well practiced, but this is not a requirement.
Maneuvers or methods at this stage may give the appearance externally to being well internalized, but the practitioner and/or seasoned instructor will understand that is not so.
Often a Stage of Internalization for specific maneuvers or methods are assigned by either the practitioner or an instructor.
