The highest level of the Stages of Internalization paradigm where a particular maneuver or method requires almost no amount of mental input; and therefore is considered spontaneous in nature. |

At this level, the specific maneuver or method is considered fully internalized.
Maneuvers or methods that achieve this stage of internalization will often not stay there without some degree of practice or reinforcement and can often drop down to the lower stages.
Often a Stage of Internalization for specific maneuvers or methods are assigned by either the practitioner or an instructor.
