A specific type of Cat stance which is physically distinguishable by a 10%-90% weight distribution, Toe-Heel Alignment of width, a depth of one and one half length of one's own foot, the rear knee bent comfortably and the front knee bent to accommodate the foot positioning as a general alignment of height, and the rotational alignment of the body on a forward, 45 degree angle to the Point of Reference, the rear foot on a 90 degree angle to the Point of Reference, and the front foot perpendicular to the Point of Reference.
