45 Degree Cat (Stance)

 

A specific type of Cat stance which is physically distinguishable by a 10%-90% weight distribution, Toe-Heel Alignment of width, a depth of one and one half length of one's own foot, the rear knee bent comfortably and the front knee bent to accommodate the foot positioning as a general alignment of height, and the rotational alignment of the body and the rear foot on a forward, 45 degree angle to the Point of Origin, and the front foot perpendicular to the Point of Origin.

 

Comments:

 

This stance is considered to be the standard Cat stance.

 

This stance is the most economically efficient stance to obtain (of the Cat stances) from an aggressions from the front.

 

Derivation:

 

This stance derives its name from the rotational angle of the rear foot.
