By definition, this kick either uses a Thrusting (or Snapping) Method of Execution.
Most typically, this kick is either executed with the rear leg, when one's back is not facing in the direction of the employed kick.
This kick gets its name from the fact that that body needs to spin in order to get the proper alignments needed to make the strike effective. |
