Back (Kicks)

A distinct type of kicking strike which is physically distinguishable by striking in a linear, backward direction - making contact with the heel of the foot, toes pointing downward.

Comments:

This kick is most typically effected on a relatively horizontal line, but may be executed on a slight upward or downward slope, depending upon need.

By definition, this kick either uses a Thrusting (or Snapping) Method of Execution.

The word back, in this case, is equivalent to backward.
