A distinct type of kicking strike which is physically distinguishable by striking in a circular Path of Travel - which makes contact prior to, or on, the apex of its circular trajectory, on a non-vertical axis of rotation. |

By definition, this kick uses a roundhousing Method of Execution.
The vertical version of this kick is referred to as a scoop kick.
