Roll (Body Maneuver)

A specific form of a Body Maneuver which is physically distinguishable by creating a vertically oriented Pivot Point along the body using circular motion  - above 180 degrees in rotation.

Comments:

Rolls are most often used as an evasion, but can also be used to cushion, trap, catch, etc. - often with the support of the arms (or legs).

Rolls can be up to 360 degrees in rotation.

Rolls are distinguishable from Turns in that Turns use a rotation of greater than 180 degrees.
