Inward Overhead Elbow (Strike)

A distinct type of elbow strike which is physically distinguishable by following an inward, circular Path of Travel along the upper region of the Outer Rim before finally striking in a downward direction.

Comments:

This strike is most commonly effected on a line, although it follows a circular Path of Travel until the very end of the strike.

This strike mainly uses a Hammering Method of Execution, but could use Snapping if desired.

In this context, inward means the striking arm travels from the same side of the body to the center-line.
