A specific type of Downward Parrying Block which is physically distinguishable by the inward direction (in relation to the practitioner) of its movement in order to effect the block.

This maneuver travels from the same side to the opposite side of the body (inward) - as the blocking arm.
This maneuver only employs a hammering-like method of execution.
The word inward, in this case, is equivalent to inside. |
