Diversified Angle of Departure


An idiom used to describe an exiting maneuver or method that employs on multiple angles.

 

Comments:

 

This term can be used in a general context of the whole body (e.g. foot maneuvers), or in the context of an isolated offensive maneuver (e.g. strike).

 

This term is closely associated with the more general terms Directional Change and Open the Gap.

 

Diversified Angle of Departure differs from Diversified Angle of Cover and Diversified Angle of Retraction in that it is more generic and refer to any exiting maneuver or method.
