A distinct type of kicking strike which is physically distinguishable by being a sophisticated maneuver, striking with both the ball of the foot and heel (in sequence) in a downward, then upward circular Line of Travel. |
Comments: |
Technically speaking, this kick could have a reverse Line of Travel, but this is Purposely Omitted due to this sequence being relatively ineffective.
This kick is most typically executed to an opponent on the ground, but this is not a requirement. |
Derivation: |
This kick gets its name from its Line of Travel resembling that of a layman shoveling maneuver. |
