A distinct type of kicking strike which is physically distinguishable by striking on a circular Path of Travel - executed to the rear, concluding with the toes pointing downward, and using the knee as the primary Pivot Point.

Comments:

This kick concludes its execution fairly close to the apex of its circular Path of Travel, due to the rotational limits of the hip and knee joints.

This kick most commonly has a contact point as the heel of the foot, but that is not a requirement. For instance, it could make contact with the knife-edge of the foot.

This kick is executed simultaneously with the rotation of the body to conclude with the back facing the Point of Reference of the strike.
