1a) | Step back (toward 5:00H) into a left, modified twist (facing 3:00H) as you simultaneously retract (toward 3:00H) and drop (toward 6:00V) your right arm parallel across your body, fist down (toward 6:00V), on top of your left, chambered fist, in preparation for the next move. |
1b) | Immediately, rotate (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (facing 3:00H) as you deliver a right, vertical, outward forearm strike (toward 6:00H), fist facing you (toward 9:00H), to normal blocking dimensions, with a left, inward, horizontal elbow (toward 3:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to ribcage height. |
