Scraping Hoof

Note:This technique is executed from the final position of the previous technique.
1)Shift your left foot toward your right foot (toward 1:30H) as you raise (toward 12:00V) and stiffen your body to a standard natural stance with a back (toward 4:30H) (toward 1:30V) thrusting head butt to chin height, while simultaneously thrusting both fists downward (toward 6:00V) in front of your body until both arms are relatively straight, at inner waist width and palms facing you (toward 7:30H).
Note:The downward thrust of your fists should be timed with the shift of your left foot such that both movements stop simultaneously with one another. Also, the head butt should be timed with the raise of your body to maximize effectiveness of the strike (confluence of forces).
Note:Throughout the remaining maneuvers of the technique, your arms maintain the same relative spacial position in relation to front of your body (body fusion).
2a)Rotate to your right (clockwise H) into a right rear bow (facing 12:00H) immediately followed with a right back upward diagonal (toward 10:30V) (toward 7:30H) thrusting heel kick to knee height.
2b)Immediately, deliver a right, thrusting, side kick (toward 1:30H) to knee height. Continue, by dropping your right foot straight down (toward 6:00V), ending in a modified horse (facing 10:30H) with a right stomp (toward 6:00V), toes pointing to your right (toward 1:00H).
Note:Do not retract the right foot after the side kick. Instead, make sure to drop the foot straight down after reaching the furthest point of the kick.
Option:One does not have to demonstrate the rotation of the right foot to be perpendicular with the potential opponent's right foot. Instead the toes of the right foot may continue to point forward (toward 10:30H) throughout the execution of the entire maneuver, including the stomp.
Option:To visually demonstrate total weight commitment to the stomp, it is acceptable to allow the left foot to rise slightly to the ball of the foot or to come completely off the ground for a short period of time, before replanting back to its original position.
