Grip of Death (left side)

1)Step forward, with your left foot (toward 10:30H), into a left wide kneel (facing 10:30H) with a right, hammering inside, downward, diagonal (toward 10:30H) (toward 7:30V) hammer-fist strike to the kidney height, simultaneously with a left, thrusting, inside, upward, diagonal (toward 4:30H) (toward 1:30V) hammer-fist strike to groin height, while also turning your head (counter-clockwise V) (toward 3:00V) and tucking your chin to your right shoulder.
Note:The timing of the settle into the wide kneel and final position of the two hammer-fists should be coordinated such that they all end simultaneously with one another.
2a)Circle your right hand (counter-clockwise V), palm down (toward 6:00V), ending at 10:30V and followed immediately with a right two-finger hook (utilizing the middle and index fingers) to head height.
2b)Without any loss of motion, shift backward (toward 4:30H) (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (facing 4:30H) with a left, thrusting, straight heel palm (toward 4:30H), fingers upward (toward 12:00V), to chin height.
Note:The two-finger hook should be executed such that your right elbow is used as the pivot point, ending with your right hand's final position being straight above the elbow (toward 12:00V), palm facing away from you (toward 10:30H), bent at the wrist (toward 3:00H) (toward 9:00V).
Option:The right, two-finger hook hand positioning may be converted to the "shape of the crane" in concert with final positioning of the maneuver (i.e., left heel-palm strike and shift to the right forward bow).
Option:The right, two-finger hook hand and arm positioning may be re-positioned and retracted (toward 10:30H) into a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).
