Inside Downward - Palm up (double factor)

a)proper alignments:
i)height = elbow slightly bent during execution of block (not "locked out")
ii)depth = blocking arm extended parallel to front knee after execution
iii)width = blocking arm extended to opposite shoulder
iv)palm facing horizontally upward (away from leg)

 

b)improper execution (double factor):
i)not executed with palm up (instead with palm down)
