The time delay between the input stimuli being enacted and the resulting reaction on an individual.

Comments:

An easy way to understand this term is that one's reaction to something is not instantaneous, but rather there is a slight delay in time that should be anticipated (i.e. Anticipated Variable).

In the heat of the moment, Reflex Time can often be overlooked and even seem like a long period of time (a.k.a. Dead Space), when in reality it is very short.

A typical Reflex Time is about 25-30 milliseconds.

Reflex Time is related to Reactionary Position in that Reflex Time is the time delay between the initial stimuli and the initiation of the resulting Reactionary Position.
