Rear Cross-over (Foot Maneuver)

A distinct type of cross-over which is physically distinguishable by having the moving foot travel behind (on the heel side) of the stationary foot.

Comments:

In its ideal execution, this maneuver has the moving foot travel toward the front flank in the forward version and directly backward for the backward version.
