Cross-overs (Foot Maneuvers)

 

A category of Foot Maneuver which is physically distinguishable by having one foot step beyond the placement of other foot.

 

Comments:

 

This maneuver can be executed toward any directional angle (i.e. forward, backward, flank).

 

In a training environment, the most common directions of execution are forward and backward - with off angles being less common.
