Isolation #2a

Note:The maneuvers of this isolation sequence are executed as double maneuvers - primarily for the purpose of consolidating information.
Note:The following maneuver simulates breaking out of a direct wrist grab with a potential offensive move (sophisticated).
1)Double downward punch (toward 6:30V) directly in front of your body (toward 12:00H).
Note:The following maneuver simulates breaking out of a direct wrist grab with a potential offensive move (sophisticated).
2)Rotate (counter clockwise V) both your fists with an upward (toward 12:00V), backward (toward 6:00H) arch, delivering double, thrusting, forward back-knuckles (toward 12:00H / 9:00V), palm toward you (toward 3:00V), on either side of the center of your body (centerline) (width), concluding at chin height (height).
Option:The angles of the back-knuckles may continue slightly beyond the vertical line (toward 10:30V) and strike downward, diagonally (toward 4:30V).
