Dominating Circles (left side)

Note:The next maneuvers reverse the path of the foot maneuver taken in the previous technique; i.e. reversing the "V" or 7 pattern, placing the feet back onto the 9:00H - 3:00H line.
1)Simultaneously circle (clockwise V) both your right arm and leg, first to your left (toward 10:30H) and upward (toward 12:00V), then to your right (toward 10:30H) and downward (toward 6:00V); ending in a transitory horse (facing 12:00H) with both your feet in-line (9:00H – 3:00H), your right arm at upper hip height, palm toward you (toward 9:00H), and your left arm still maintaining a chambered position at your left side.
2)Immediately, rotate (counter clockwise H) into a left forward bow (facing 9:00H) with a right, thrusting, upward, diagonal heel-palm (toward 9:00H) (toward 10:30V) to chin height, palm forward (toward 9:00H), while simultaneously converting your left hand to an open-handed cover at your left side, palm forward (toward 12:00H).
Note:The next maneuver is technically not part of the technique, rather a transitional maneuver prior to the next series of maneuvers.
Note:The following foot maneuver is designed to reverse the expanded width (line) created by the first foot maneuver of the previous technique.
3)Shift your left foot slightly to your right (toward 3:00H) as you rotate (clockwise H) into a horse (facing 12:00H), while simultaneously retracting (toward 4:30V) your right arm and returning your left arm to chambered positions, hands closed and palms up (toward 12:00V).
