Transition - Upward / Downward

The transition between the upward and downward block sequence is as follows:

1)step your right foot to your left into a right modified reverse bow, while maintaining the position of you arms
2)immediately, rotate into a left neutral bow with a right, double factor, inside downward, block, palm up
3)without any loss of motion, settle into a left neutral bow with a left, hammering, downward block, while simultaneously retracting your right arm to a right chambered position

 

The obvious information derived from this maneuver is:

it is a major departure from the previous cat transitions

it introduces a new stance - the reverse bow
