Less Common Focal Points

1)Long Form Two adds the twist through foot maneuver.

The step through foot maneuver, if broken down, consists of both distance and rotation. But, the twist through foot maneuver is designed to highlight each of these elements, by executing them independently of each other. Either by doing distance first, then rotation - or by doing rotation first, then distance.

2)The blocking sequence in the second half of Long Form Two contains the blocking sequence of the isolation in Long Form One.

But, the sequence is out of order. Long Form One's is: Inside-downward palm-down, Inside-downward palm-up, push down. Long Form Two's sequence is: Inside-downward palm-up, Inside-downward palm-down, push down.

3)The triple back-knuckles compliment the triple blocks of Long Form One.

But, they demonstrate the opposite concept - i.e. they are offensive.
