1) Long Form Two completes a step / block sequence started in Short Form One.
The first downward block of each of the dictionary form creates the following category:
Short Form One - step away with left foot / block with right arm
Long Form One - step in with right foot / block with right arm
Short Form Two - step in with left foot / block with left arm
Long Form Two - step away with right foot / block with left arm
2) The elbows of Long Form Two are isolated to the second half of the form.
This is to help flow this form into the next form seamlessly.
3) Long Form Two adds striking to all three height zones.
