1) | The beginning sequence of the form is a constant continuation of the same sequence started in Short Form One. |
This begins with the inward block and continues building all the way up to the sequence in Long Form Two. Even though the basics are not exactly the same, each sequence is logically and physically building upon the previous sequence.
2) | The In / Out / Up / Down sequence binds the forms Short Form One - Long Form Two together. |
The first four forms keep this pattern as their fundamental sequence, even though each form continues to expand, in some unique way, upon the sequence.
3) | The first four forms are usually group together. |
Short Form One - Long Form Two can be categorized together to form the 'dictionary' forms. This distinction means that the emphasis of this group of forms is upon basics - not theories. This group ends with Long Form Two, leaving different groupings for the remaining forms / sets.
4) | Long Form Two form introduces kicking. |
These maneuvers add the opposite end of the body introduced at the first move of Short Form One. It is added in the last of the 'beginning' forms, because kicking is considered more of an advanced basic - due to destabilizing of the base during the execution of the maneuver.
5) | Long Form Two introduces Universal Blocks. |
This maneuver adds two-in-one timing with blocks. It also can be categorized with the two-in-one kick/strike maneuvers.
