ii)width = blocking arm extended to opposite shoulder
iii)depth = blocking arm extended parallel to front knee after execution
iv)palm facing downward (toward leg)

i)not obeying Economy of Motion principle:
1)cocking weapon prior to delivery
ii)not keeping back straight (leaning)
iii)improper angles of execution
1)not executed parallel to body
