Neutral Bow

a) proper alignments:

i) toe/heel

ii) heel/knee

 

b) proper rotation:

i) body faces forward at 45 degrees

1) hips on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line

2) shoulders on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line

ii) both feet point forward at 45 degrees (on 10:30H - 4:30H or 1:30H - 7:30H line)

 

c) proper weight distribution:

i) 50/50

 

d) proper arm/hand positioning:

i) unused arm in chambered position

 

e) both feet placed completely flat
