Inside Downward - Palm Up

a) not obeying Economy of Motion principle:

i) chamber motion done too high (face height instead parallel to ground)

 

b) proper alignments:

i) blocking arm extended parallel to front knee after execution (if in neutral bow)

ii) blocking arm extended to center-line (not beyond)

iii) palm facing directly upward
