a) not obeying Economy of Motion principle:
i) chamber motion done too high (dropped to outside of hip before execution)
b) proper alignments:
i) blocking arm extended parallel to front knee after execution (if in neutral bow)
ii) blocking arm extended to opposite shoulder
iii) palm facing directly downward
Examples of bad Inside-Downward, Palm Down Blocks
(improper height - high / low)
(Improper width - narrow)
