a) not obeying Economy of Motion principle:
i) chamber motion done too high (face height instead of sternum)
b) proper alignments:
i) blocking hand extended parallel to front knee after execution (if in neutral bow)
ii) blocking hand extended to groin height
iii) fingers of blocking hand pointing backward at slight angle
iv) fingers of blocking hand raised higher than heel-of-palm
v) block executed down center-line
