Simply put, Latent Energy is potential harnessed energy that could be used to enhance a maneuver and/or method but is missed by the practitioner.
From one perspective, Latent Energy is free enhancements to a maneuver and/or method that were overlooked, missed, and/or overlooked in some way.
Latent Energy is uncovered by examining a maneuver and/or method to uncover what could be done to further enhance the maneuver. These discoveries could be as obvious as timing or as subtle as various forms of Body English that are being overlooked. |
