Grab

A distinct type of Vise-like maneuver which is physically distinguishable by seizing, snatching, snagging, or clutching of something with the hands.

Comments:

A grab must be enacted with the hands.

Grab differs from Squeeze in that a Squeeze is an extreme form of grabbing and a Squeeze does not have the requirement of being enacted with the hands.

Grab differs from Pinch in that Pinch does not have the requirement of being enacted with the hands, and is most often used to describe a Vise-like maneuver with only two (2) points of application to the target (although this is not a requirement).

Grab differs from Bite in that Bite is a specific type of grab enacted with the teeth.

Grab differs from Hug in that a Hug most often refers to holding with arms, where grab most often refers to holding with the hands.
