This has to do with the fact that isolation sequence #2 is an isolation sequence; and isolation sequences are not given names. Although this practice did occur for a period of time, it was discontinued. Because of this, a conscious decision was made to refer to it as isolation sequence #2, not Circling Windmills. Even though this may be a controversial subject, due to the fact that Circling Windmills is also a self-defense technique, it was purposefully made to highlight the history behind this decision.
