Transition - Upward / Downward

The transition between the upward and downward blocks is as follows:

1)draw the left foot toward the right into a left rear forty five degree cat stance while simultaneously retracting both arms to the right side in a 'cup and saucer' position.

the maneuver is the opposite to the transition between the upward blocks
