The transition between the downward and extended outward blocks is as follows:
1) | rotate one hundred and eighty degrees with the draw of the right foot toward the left into a right forty five degree cat stance while simultaneously executing a left hammering inward block simultaneously with the retraction of the right arm into chamber |
An analysis of this maneuver exposes the following information:
•the Path of Travel for the maneuver is linear (not circular)
•the front hand is converted into the rear hand with the switch in Point of Reference
•the maneuver is the same as the Long One cat transition with the opposite block (left)
