He did not create the original incarnation of the form - which is much different from today's version. It is what he referred to as an 'old' form. Meaning some similar manner of it existed prior to his formalizing American Kenpo. Some of the other forms that are considered 'old' are: Short Form One, Finger Set, and Two Man Set.
