From a meditating horse stance...

 


 

1

Step back with your left foot (toward 6:00H) into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with a right hammering inward block (toward 10:30H) (major) while simultaneously retracting your left arm to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

 


 

2

a)

Draw your right foot toward your left foot (toward 6:00H) into a transitory right 45 degree cat stance (facing 12:00H) with a covering right inward block (toward 10:30H) (minor) while having your left arm remain in place.

 

b)

Without any loss of motion, step back, with your right foot (toward 6:00H) into a left neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with a left thrusting inward block (toward 1:30H) while simultaneously retracting your right arm to a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

a)

Cover, with your right foot (toward 3:00H) (90 degrees) (counter clockwise), into a transitory left neutral bow (facing 9:00H) with a covering right thrusting inward block (toward 7:30H) (minor) while simultaneously retracting your left arm to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

 

b)

Settle into a left neutral bow (facing 9:00H) with a left thrusting vertical outward block (toward 6:00H) (major) while simultaneously retracting your right arm to a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

a)

Draw your left foot toward your right foot (toward 3:00H) into a transitory left 45 degree cat stance (facing 9:00H) with a covering left hammering inward block (toward 10:30H) (minor) while having your right arm remain in place.

 

b)

Without any loss of motion, step back, with your left foot (toward 3:00H), into a right neutral bow (facing 9:00H) with a right thrusting vertical outward block (toward 12:00H) (major) while simultaneously retracting your left arm to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

Cover, with your right foot (toward 6:00H) (180 degrees) (counter clockwise) into a transitory left neutral bow (facing 3:00H) with a covering right hammering inward block (toward 1:30H) (minor) while having your left arm remain in place.

 

b)

Settle into a left neutral bow (facing 3:00H) with a left thrusting upward block (toward 12:00V) (major) while simultaneously retracting your right arm to a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

Draw your left foot toward your right foot (toward 9:00H) into a transitory left 45 degree cat stance (facing 3:00H) with a covering left hammering inward block (toward 4:30H) (minor) while having your right arm remain in place.

 

b)

Without any loss of motion, step back, with your left foot (toward 9:00H), into a right neutral bow (facing 3:00H) with a right thrusting upward block (toward 12:00V) (major) while simultaneously retracting your left arm to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

Cover, with your left foot (toward 12:00H) (90 degrees) (clockwise) into a transitory right neutral bow (facing 6:00H) with a covering left thrusting inside downward block (toward 9:00H), palm up (toward 12:00V) (minor) while simultaneously cocking your right arm horizontally across your waist (toward 3:00H), palm up (toward 12:00V).

 

b)

Settle into a right neutral bow (facing 6:00H) with a right hammering outside downward block (toward 9:00H) (major) while simultaneously retracting your left arm to a left chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

a)

Draw your right foot toward your left foot (toward 12:00H) into a transitory right 45 degree cat stance (facing 6:00H) with a covering right thrusting inside downward block (toward 3:00H), palm up (toward 12:00V) (minor) while simultaneously cocking your left arm horizontally across your waist (toward 9:00H), palm up (toward 12:00V).

 

b)

Without any loss of motion, step back, with your right foot (toward 12:00H) into a left neutral bow (facing 6:00H) with a left hammering outside downward block (toward 3:00H) (major) while simultaneously retracting your right arm to a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V).

Cover, with your left foot (toward 10:30H) (180 degrees) (clockwise) into a meditating horse stance (facing 12:00H) by placing your left open hand (on a 1:30V - 7:30V line) over your right fist (on a 10:30V - 4:30V line) parallel to your body in front of you at chin level.

 

Note:

The remaining part of this form, if executed, is the exact mirror image of the previously described steps.

Raise both of your hands above your head (toward 12:00V), palms up (toward 12:00V), and without any loss of momentum draw your left foot (toward 3:00H) to your right foot while simultaneously lowering both of your hands in outward arches (left toward 9:00H - right toward 3:00H), ending into an attention stance (toward 12:00H).
