Object to Target

 

An idiom referring to a form a striking where an Environmental Object moves and collides with an target for the purpose of creating damage, injury, etc. to said target.

 

Comments:

 

Object to Target is basically what a layman would consider a strike.

 

Object  to Target is one of three (3) potential scenarios for striking:

1.Object to Target - the object moves while the target stays stationary

2.Target to Object - the object stays stationary while the target moves

3.Opposing Forces - both the object and the target move and collide

 

Example(s):

 

A punch to the opponent's face would be an example of Object to Target.
