Parting Wings (left side)

1a)Step back (toward 6:00H) with your left foot into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with the rotation (left counter clockwise V) (right clockwise V) and parting (left toward 9:00H) (right toward 3:00H) of both your hands to shoulder width in front of your body (toward 12:00H), palms forward (toward 12:00H), while also continuing to maintain anchored elbows (toward 6:00V).
Note:The above maneuver uses the elbows and forearms as the primary pivot points and the shoulders as the secondary pivot point.
Note:This maneuver combined with the previous maneuver should create a (right) back-foot-to-front-foot switch (facing 12:00H).
1b)Without any loss of motion, shift (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H) with a left, thrusting, straight hand-sword (toward 12:00H) (punching chop), palm up (toward 12:00V), to upper chest height (major) while simultaneously cocking (toward 7:30H) your right hand across your body to your left upper shoulder area, palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move.
Note:The above series of moves should be done as almost a single series of almost continuous motion, instead of splitting the motion into its component parts.
2)Shift (counter clockwise H) into a right neutral (facing 12:00H) with a right, thrusting, straight, hand-sword (toward 12:00H) to throat height (minor), palm down (toward 6:00V), while simultaneously drawing (toward 6:00H) your left fist to your left lower chest area, palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move.
3)Shift (clockwise H) into a right forward bow (facing 12:00H) with a left, thrusting, vertical middle knuckle strike (toward 12:00H) to sternum height (major), while simultaneously drawing (toward 6:00H) your right open hand across your body to your left upper ribcage area, palm down (toward 6:00V).
Note:Your right, retracting arm should pass underneath the left, punching arm.
