Glancing Spear (right side)

Note:This technique starts from the last position of the previous technique, without any transitions.
1a)Slide (toward 12:00H) your right open hand along the underside (toward 6:00V) of your extended left arm, concluding at wrist (depth) and palm to your left (toward 9:00V).
Note:The previous maneuver simulates trapping the potential opponent's (right) hand between your left and right back of hands.
Note:The next two (2) set of maneuvers should be executed as a single, continuous series; giving the appearance of a single maneuver.
1b)Step backward (toward 6:00H) with your right foot into a left, transitory neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with the retraction (toward 6:00H) of both your hands to your right lower stomach area, right open palm forward (toward 12:00H) and left fisted palm backward (toward 6:00H).
Note:The previous maneuver set can be interpreted as applying a right, elbow lock to the potential opponent.
1c)Continue to shift (clockwise H) into a left reverse bow (facing 12:00H), while also continuing the retraction of both your hands, concluding at your right upper hip level.
Note:The previous maneuver set can be interpreted as a possible right elbow break to the potential opponent.
Note:The previous upper body maneuvers should follow a straight line; not creating an arching path around your body. This creates the line that will be reversed with the circular path of the next maneuver.
Note:The above moves should be timed such that the stance rotation (settle) and hand repositioning conclude simultaneously.
Note:The next two (2) set of maneuvers should be executed as a single, continuous series; giving the appearance of a single maneuver - and generally reversing the sequence of the previous maneuvers.
1d)Shift of your stance (counter clockwise H) into a left, transitory offset, fighting horse (facing 12:00H) with a left, thrusting, outward elbow (toward 12:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to rib height, while simultaneously converting your right open hand, at a chest level, to a positional cover, palm forward (toward 12:00H), in preparation for the next maneuver.
Note:The right hand should be positioned slightly higher than the left arm to avoid unnecessary repositioning of the hand for proper execution of the following maneuver.
Tip:You should not need to reposition your right hand very much. Instead rely primarily upon body fusion, allowing the rotation of your body to place the hand in the proper relative location.
1e)Continue to shift (counter clockwise H) into a left forward bow (facing 12:00H) with a downward (toward 7:30V) and forward (toward 12:00H) arch, palm down (toward 6:00V), concluding with right, thrusting, four finger poke (toward 12:00H), palm down (toward 6:00V), to eye height, while simultaneously converting your left hand into a left positional cover at your right upper ribs, palm to your right (toward 3:00V).
Note:The above moves should be timed such that the stance rotation (settle) and strike conclude simultaneously.
Note:The previous set of maneuvers can be interpreted as a right frictional push to the potential opponent's right arm, followed by an eye poke.
Note:This final position should be somewhat similar to the final positioning of the previous technique (on the opposite side).
Tip:You should not need to reposition your left hand very much. Instead rely primarily upon fixed spacial cocking (with your left hand as the pivot point), allowing the rotation of your body to place the hand in the proper relative location.
