Destructive Twins (left side)

1)Step forward (toward 12:00H) into a left neutral bow (facing 12:00H) while simultaneously delivering a left, thrusting, inverted punch, palm up (toward 12:00V), to groin height, with a right high, thrusting, straight punch, palm down (toward 6:00V), to the face height.
Note:The punches should be timed with the step forward in order to maximum their effectiveness (confluence of forces).
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a horizontal line.
2a)Shift your left foot toward your left (toward 10:30H) into a wide left neutral bow (facing 12:00H) with a right horizontal downward forearm strike (toward 6:00V), palm toward you (toward 6:00H) (stopping at mid-abdomen level), while simultaneously delivering a left inside vertical forearm strike (toward 10:30H), palm diagonally to your left (toward r:30H), to normal blocking dimensions, in preparation for the next move.
Note:The shift of your left foot should place your body on a 10:30H / 4:30H line, while you continue to face and maintain your attention forward (toward 12:00H).
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical line, simultaneous with a horizontal line.
2b)Without any loss of motion, deliver a right outward vertical forearm strike (toward 3:00H), palm to your right (toward 6:00H), to normal blocking dimensions, while simultaneously retracting (toward 7:30H) your left arm to a chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V), in preparation for the next move.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a vertical arc.
2c)Shift counter-clockwise (toward 10:30H) into a left wide forward bow (facing 12:00H) with a right, thrusting, straight four finger poke, palm down (toward 6:00V) to eye level.
Note:The shift of your stance should keep you on the 10:30H / 4:30H line but, effectively placing you in a forward bow position toward 10:30H.
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a diagonal line.
3)Rotate (clockwise) into a horse (facing 10:30H) with the retraction of your right arm (toward 7:30H) to a right chambered position, palm up (toward 12:00V), while simultaneously delivering a left, thrusting straight punch to floating rib height (toward 1:30H), palm down (toward 6:00V).
Option:To visually demonstrate that the right hand represents a grab to the potential opponent's right wrist followed by a pull to accentuate the left hand punch, the right hand may be retracted to chambered position, palm down (toward 6:00V) - either fully closed or partially closed (simulating a grabbing position).
Note:The path of the previous maneuver is a horizontal line.
